The Republic is Dead.

This is the Pledge of Allegiance.

“I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and to the republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.”

America is no longer a republic. It died some time ago, but it is now officially dead. It is now an Oligarchy. Control is in the hands of a few powerful people. Some people think America is a democracy. but However, once the vote can be manipulated, the power of the people is destroyed.

People in power can control who is on the ballot and who will be elected. The voice of the people has been silenced. The majority rules is a farce because no one knows how the majority voted.

The media and courts say that there is no proof of voter fraud, but they never let anyone investigate to get proof. The courts either rule against it or the don’t hear the case.

I don’t know if the people will ever again be able to vote in a candidate who will fight for our Country and the Constitution. If we ever get the chance, we must vote for a sheriff and judges who will stand for the people and support the Constitution.

Then we must fight to eliminate all voter fraud so that the vote is fair and just.

What Do Georgia Election Results Say About Our Faith in God?

To answer this question, we must consider who believes in God. Our founding fathers must have believed in God. They said in the Declaration of Independence that “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.-“

According to Wikipedia, in 2019, Christians represent 65% of the total adult population of the United States. . The Jewish population is about 2% of the of the population of the Untied states. This means that 67% of the Unites States population believe in the old testament.

The results of the Georgia election show that almost each candidate received close to 50% of the vote. So, lets compare the candidates to see if they are Godly candidates and support the values of the old testament.

First, we must consider the issues that are to be important to God based on the old testament. God says in the old testament that you should not commit murder. So the question becomes is abortion murder. In the U.S., most crimes of violence are covered by state law, not federal law. 38 states currently recognize the “unborn child” (the term usually used) or fetus as a homicide victim, and 23 of those states apply this principle throughout the period of pre-natal development. Therefore, in most states, it is murder to kill a unborn child unless the mother decides to kill it.

If you believe in God, how can you support abortion? So, people who believe in God should think carefully about voting for a pro-choice candidate.

We know that homosexuality is considered a sin in the old testament. So, we must love the sinner, but reject the sin. Therefore, Godly people should not vote for a candidate that condones homosexuality.

Does the candidate support the Constitution? Let’s consider the first amendment. “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”

Does the candidate agree with the state prohibiting the free exercise of religion. Does the candidate support homosexual marriage? The Catholics consider it a sacrament. If homosexuality is a sin in the old testament, how can homosexual marriage be condoned.

Now, consider the second amendment. “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.” According to Merriam-Webster dictionary, the definitin of infringed is “the to encroach upon in a way that violates law or the rights of another” If the candidate is opposed to the second amendment, is the candidate a Godly candidate.

Reverend Raphael Warnock is pro-choice, supports homosexuality, and is against the second amendment. He does have a few questions about his being a Godly candidate.

SEnator Kelly Loeffler is against abortion, against homosexuality, and supports the second amendment. She seems like a Godly candidate.

Jon Ossoff is pro-choice, supports homosexuality, and is against the second amendment. He has a few questions about his being a Godly candidate.

Senator David Perdue is against abortion, against homosexuality, and supports the second amendment. He seems like a Godly candidate.

If we only consider who is the best Godly candidate, the vote should be for Senator Kelly Loeffler and Senator David Perdue.

Since each candidate in this election received almost 50% of the vote, some Christians and Jews did not vote for the most Godly candidate because 67% of the population is Christian or Jewish. About 17% voted for party instead of voting their faith.

The two party system has been playing good cop and bad cop with us. We often have to vote for the lessor of two evils. It is time to vote our faith and not our party.

This is why the two party system is failing and destroying our Country. We need to vote for Godly candidates and forget about voting party lines.

Is Our Republic Doomed?

The Supreme Court of the United Stated rejected Texas lawsuit on the grounds that Texas did not have legal standing in the case under Article III of the Constitution. The court rules that Texas had not demonstrated any recognizable interest in how another state conducts its elections. Therefore all other motions are moot.

Justice Samuel Alito wrote that, “In my view, we do not have discretion to deny the filing of a bill of complaint in a case that falls within our original jurisdiction. I would therefore grant the motion to file the bill of complaint but would not grant other relief, and I express no view on any other issue.”

Alito & Thomas said they would have heard the case (they have a belief that SCOTUS must hear *all* cases brought in this manner). But: they said they would not have granted “other relief.” Meaning, they wouldn’t have prevented the Electoral College process from moving forward

Trump tweeted that the high court “really let us down.” “No wisdom, no courage,”

Will this refection to hear a important case destroy our Republic? Will this rejection lead to the people losing their confidence in the courts, the elections, and law?

The court did show any courage and took the easy way out. If Congress would not pass any laws that do not affect Texas, then they would not have any interest in how other states conduct their elections. If other states follow their election laws and their state constitution, then Texas would not have any interest.

If the President could not issue any Executive Orders that would not affect Texas, then Texas would not have any interest.

However, the President and Congress do pass laws that do affect Texas, so Texas does have an interest in other states legally following their state laws and constitution.

The Supreme Court should have at least heard the case. By hearing the case and making a ruling on the case, the people of the United States would have known that justice was served. Now, nothing was decided because the Supreme Court ruled that Texas had no legal standing.

WE already have lawlessness in our cities with rioting and looting. People already do not respect the police, the law, election results, and our courts.

The rejection of this lawsuit could doom our Republic because the people will lose confidence in our elections and respect for the law. The result would be socialism and then communism.

In the Revolutionary war, our forefathers gave their live to found our Country. In the wars that followed, our service men and women gave their live to protect our Country. Now, it is time for you to save our County.

Just give a little of your time to elect Godly people , note for your faith and not your political party, join Almighty God Matters, and pray.

We must bring God back to our Country. We can do that by electing Godly people.

We must act now before it is too late.
